Please allow 7-10 days for your purchase to be delivered. Once your items have been picked, packed and posted you will receive confirmation of dispatch via email.
Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return (refund or exchange), your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
You may return unworn, unwashed apparel in its original condition and original packaging, with tags attached. Items returned to us must be free of odour and marks in order to be eligible for refund.

Missing in Transit
Missing goods? We cannot accept liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us at support@rasendurance.com if you do not receive your items within 7-10 days of your purchase.
Unable to deliver: Our courier will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address provided. If items are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the purchase price of your items less £3.95 to cover our administrative costs.
