This is coaching. But not as you know it.

We are artists - supported by scientists - in the game of improving human performance. 

If we had to sum ourselves up in a sentence, it would be this:

We solve the conundrum of being the ultimate version of yourself by bringing the best of what humanity has discovered across fields and disciplines, to deliver an experience that is as much a challenge as it is a reward, and through which you'll walk the path of self-discovery.

Now ask yourself: how good do you want to be? 

And then ask yourself this, honestly: at what cost?

If you're ready to push your physical limits and challenge your perception of who you think you are, this could be the start of something special. 

Before we get ahead of ourselves, lets lay our cards on the table: we exist to support those athletes for who training, and racing is a lifestyle. Turning up day after day, session after session is non-negotiable. We're here for the athletes who have discipline, not motivation, running deep within them. The ones who cross a finish line knowing that a new challenge has just begun. 

Anyone who exercises, trains or races has our utmost respect. But it's the athletes who continuously strive, whilst knowing there's no end, who gets the best of us. And, in return, they get the best of themselves.

Now I know what you're thinking, 'another one who thinks they're better than the rest'

Give us a moment, we’ll explain.

We believe that creating the best possible environment for athletes to flourish begins with building meaningful relationships; understanding their goals, their motivation for striving to reach them and the instinctive behaviours that will help, or hinder, them getting there. 

Relationships like these are not transactional. We build them through deliberate, meaningful interactions that allow us to discover who each athlete is as a person, and help each person understand who they are as an athlete. 

Then, we take what we’ve learned and use it to build a programme as unique as they are and the athlete they are becoming. 

Our progressive and adaptive methodology ensures that every prescribed action moves them to their desired outcome. We couple this with an empowering coaching experience to provide each individual with the motivation to explore their potential and rediscover their boundaries. 

And all this takes place within that carefully crafted training environment. 

These environments are unique to each athlete and constructed around the things that make them who they are: their goals, habits, abilities and motivations. 

It’s a space to celebrate achievements but where it’s also safe to be vulnerable. And it’s a setting that will provide every opportunity to succeed, so long as you bring only your best and leave nothing at the door. 

It’s also a place where experiences are shared. This is their journey alone, but we’re on it together. Our environments are built so our athletes can be inspired by, and inspire, the journeys of like-minded peers; fellow humans who are bonded by a constant desire to go further, faster and be stronger.  

Our Weekenders, Challenges and Camps provide athletes with the opportunity to push themselves further. Each element of these immersive experiences is carefully curated to instil a desire within them to challenge their own limitations. They are complemented by our Seminars which provide the expert knowledge they need to evolve physically and psychologically while inciting an eagerness to explore beyond the confines of their ability.

 
 

We don’t believe in doing something for the sake of it. Every element we use to construct the training environment, every action and interaction, is deliberate. Each serves a purpose; prescribed and performed with a view to taking them closer to their goals. 

This deliberate, purposive approach allows us to analyse their capabilities and assess the challenges they face. It provides insight at a granular level, giving us the opportunity to better understand how they confront and overcome barriers to performance. 

But what really makes us different is our intimate knowledge of the journey they are embarking on. 

Our coaches are experts in their field, bringing an overwhelming amount of experience from the world of high-performance sport. They don’t just create training plans, they live and breathe them alongside the athlete, providing support exactly when it’s needed and gaining real-time performance insights. They constantly review the effectiveness of the plan and make changes quickly where necessary. 

This is truly adaptive coaching, designed to get athletes further than the finish line. 

And we know there are some athletes who are more driven than ever. For them, we’ve tailored a professional coaching package to help them go as far as they can imagine but further than they thought possible. 

It’s a unique, one-to-one coaching experience closely aligned to those traditionally offered to elite athletes. 

At the start of their journey, they’ll undertake comprehensive profiling to assess both physiological and psychological capabilities, providing their coach with an unrivalled understanding of how they can help them fulfil their maximum potential. 

They’ll complete lactate profiling, nutritional assessments and a comprehensive physical screening alongside bike and run lactate tests, psychological profiling and a full body composition analysis. We leave no stone unturned and build each phase of an athlete’s training on a solid, data-driven foundation. Put simply, we leave nothing to chance.

We repeat profiling throughout the season to ensure that we’re coaching the athlete that is beginning to emerge. Because often, if not always, this isn’t the same person that we meet at the beginning of the process.

Ahead of each event, our coach will devise an individual race strategy, encompassing pre-race logistical planning and race-specific tactics; because just as each athlete is unique, so is every course. In the weeks leading up to the start, progress will be closely monitored and, where necessary, plans adapted so that every effort and expenditure creates a competitive advantage. 

But for us, the finish line is just the start. 

After it’s crossed, our coaches provide in-depth, post-race analyses to identify future training priorities. They’ll review each phase of the season roadmap to maximise improvement, making sure each athlete reaches the next start line with renewed focus, new goals and boundaries to break that are even more ambitious. 

And while they push themselves further than they’ve ever gone before, they’ll benefit from unlimited communication with their coach, receiving comprehensive support whenever, and however, they need it. 

We’re there to help them find answers to the performance questions that arise along the journey. 

Our Sports Science and Support Team is comprised of experienced, qualified practitioners who are key to helping us do that. They are on hand to deliver evidenced-based, expert interventions, tailored to the needs of each individual athlete.

Ultimately, we know it’s not just the time you cross the finish line that matters. The journey is longer than that. It’s the time before you reach the start line that really counts; the interval sets you’ve buried yourself in, the monotonous steady-state workouts and the recovery sessions that make you feel human again.

That’s what we’re here for. 

This isn’t just your season, it’s one we’re here to live with you.
