Strength training is an essential component of endurance training and is necessary for peak performance.

We've created a variety of structured and progressive strength programmes to boost performance throughout the season, curated by our resident S&C coach, physiotherapists, and coaches, and in collaboration with TrainHeroic.

All 12-week programmes are designed to complement the stage of training you are currently in - General Preparation, Specific Preparation, and Competition Preparation. The 45-60 minute sessions require minimal equipment and can be done at home, at the gym, or a combination of the two.
